“If you need help with Telus services, I highly recommend visiting this store. Great customer service like that is hard to find! I stopped by the local Telus dealer yesterday after receiving a text reminding me that my contract was ending in about 15 days and that my phone would need to be returned. I’m currently visiting family for a few months and am from out of province, so at first I was told there might not be much they could do and that any new phone would normally have to be shipped to my home address. However, the representative didn’t stop there. He took the time to look into different options and ended up finding a way to help me right in the store. He had everything sorted out and was able to get me switched over to the iPhone 17 Pro Max with all my information transferred the same day. He was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely willing to go the extra mile to find a solution. I really appreciated the effort he put in to make it work for me. Again, I highly recommend this store and was so content with the level of customer service I received.”
