If you need help with Telus services, I highly recommend visiting this store. Great customer service like that is hard to find! I stopped by the local Telus dealer yesterday after receiving a text reminding me that my contract was ending in about 15 days and that my phone would need to be returned. I’m currently visiting family for a few months and am from out of province, so at first I was told there might not be much they could do and that any new phone would normally have to be shipped to my home address. However, the representative didn’t stop there. He took the time to look into different options and ended up finding a way to help me right in the store. He had everything sorted out and was able to get me switched over to the iPhone 17 Pro Max with all my information transferred the same day. He was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely willing to go the extra mile to find a solution. I really appreciated the effort he put in to make it work for me. Again, I highly recommend this store and was so content with the level of customer service I received.

I had problems with my home internet for the last 18 months. Someone came to my door and gave me an internet contract, but the service and promises were completely different from what I was told. Be careful with door-to-door salespeople or random calls offering services — once the deal is done, many of them never answer your calls again. Even though I didn’t get my contract through Bolt Wireless, their staff still helped me a lot. The team was very honest, professional, and supportive. They guided me through everything, helped me fight out the issue with the provider, and even helped me get credits back on my account. Really thankful for their amazing customer service. It’s hard to find people who genuinely care about helping customers these days. Highly recommend Bolt Wireless to anyone looking for trustworthy and helpful service!

We are very lucky to have this store in Golden. I have come to know the manager Ehzaz from getting help with multiple phone purchases and setups over the years. Ehzaz genuinely cares about his customers and the products he sells. He has stayed late at the store to help me and make sure I am all setup properly. I cannot recommend this location enough

Believe the great reviews - Vishal gave me the best service I have ever had in this city! He was fast and knowledgeable, and he found me an unbeatable fibre internet deal. He 100% deserves your business and he will work hard to earn your business. He isn't pushy either, he won't try to oversell you. As I said, the best experience I have ever had dealing with anyone in telecoms. Compare that to the Telus call centre where they will drive you mad, why would you call Telus when you can drive to see Vishal face to face!

Very nice meeting Abdul Aziz. The most helpful, patient, and honest guy ever. Explained everything in detail, went to great lengths to find me the best deal and spent time helping make sure I am all set up and running. Definitely not going anywhere else for my service shopping. If you're in Calgary, you should absolutely go no where else too. 10/10

This is a great Koodo branch with quick, attentive customer service. I received exceptional service from Akahay—he was very knowledgeable, patient and friendly.
