Can a family member manage a senior's TELUS plan?
Yes. A family member can be set up as an authorized user on the account, allowing them to make plan changes, pay bills, and manage settings. Alternatively, a senior's line can be added to an existing family multi-line account for additional savings.
Does TELUS offer any safety features for seniors?
