Was meant to write this a while ago but I would like to thank the team from this location for getting our internet running. After getting little to no help from customer service, I came to this location as a last resort. Dhrumil and lakhwinder was not only helpful, but they were able to set up our internet 3 weeks earlier than what we were told from customer service. Would highly recommend this location and will come back again if another problem occurs!

He explained multiple options thoroughly and helped us understand the monetary difference between the plan we had vs the plan Telus was offering. He helped us bundle home internet and mobility. He is very knowledgeable and knows his product. Customer Service was top notch. Good job Telus on hiring such individuals( hoping there's more like him).
Pro tip, sometimes when you Google the address for the Northeast location it takes you to Edmonton. A workaround that is that you can type 'Telus Koodo Northeast' and then it will work.
