• Device trade-ins, upgrades, and financing options.

All products and services sold through Bolt Wireless are subject to the applicable terms and conditions of TELUS and Koodo. Bolt Wireless acts as an authorized dealer and is not directly responsible for carrier-level service agreements, network coverage, or plan terms set by TELUS or Koodo.

3. Product Availability

All products and services offered by Bolt Wireless are subject to availability. Pricing, promotions, and product availability may change at any time without prior notice. In-store availability may vary by location. While we make every effort to keep our website accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee that all products displayed on our website are available at every store location. 4. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed by Bolt Wireless are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes. Please note the following:

5. Activation & Plans

Wireless plans and services activated through Bolt Wireless are provided by TELUS and Koodo. The following terms apply:

• All plan activations are processed through the TELUS or Koodo networkand are subject to the carrier's terms and conditions.
• Plan activations are subject to credit approval by the carrier. Bolt Wireless does not make credit decisions.
• Plan terms, including pricing, data limits, and contract duration, are governed by your agreement with TELUS or Koodo.
• Bolt Wireless can assist with plan activations, upgrades, and modifications in-store.

6. Device Financing

Bolt Wireless offers device financing options through TELUS and Koodo programs:

• Device financing is subject to a credit check performed by the carrier (TELUS or Koodo).
• 0% financing is available through qualifying TELUS and Koodo programs on eligible devices.
• Financing terms, including monthly payments and duration, are determined by the carrier and included in your service agreement.
• Early termination of a financed device agreement may result in the remaining device balance becoming due immediately.
