TELUS EPP
Exclusive TELUS pricing for eligible employers, associations and organizations.
TELUS EPP is the Exclusive Partner Program: rates TELUS negotiates with an employer, union or association, not with you as an individual. What you qualify for depends on who you work for — not your credit, not how long you have been there. Bolt Wireless verifies eligibility and sets the plan up in store across British Columbia, Alberta and Ontario.

What does TELUS EPP mean?
TELUS EPP is the Exclusive Partner Program — partner rates tied to your employer, union or association, not a public consumer plan.
If the organization holds an agreement with TELUS, eligible members can get partner rates on mobility and, on most agreements, home internet, TV, home phone and security. The exact offer is specific to that agreement, so a dollar figure published on a blog would be wrong for most readers. Bring proof of employment into any Bolt Wireless store and we will run the check against TELUS — usually a couple of minutes.
What TELUS EPP Means
People search “telus epp” because the letters show up on a workplace poster, a union email or a colleague’s bill, and none of those explain the program. It is not a secret consumer promo and it is not TELUS Business. It is a corporate agreement: TELUS prices a set of mobility and home services for that organization, and anyone who can prove they belong there can buy those rates. The consumer rate card still exists; EPP sits beside it for people the agreement covers.
- The letters stand for Exclusive Partner Program
- Eligibility follows the organization, not your job title or tenure
- Most agreements cover mobility plus home services — internet, TV, home phone, security
- What you pay is whatever that organization’s agreement says, which is why we show it in store rather than quote a number here
If You Searched TELUS Partner
“TELUS partner” is three different things, and Google mixes them on the same results page. TELUS Partner Solutions is wholesale — carriers and resellers buying network access. TELUS Partner SSO is a staff login for people who already work at TELUS or a partner firm; we cannot sign you in. The Exclusive Partner Program is the consumer-facing one: employer, union or association rates on phones and home services. This page is only that third meaning.
- Partner Solutions and the Partner Portal login are TELUS corporate tools. Bolt Wireless does not host them
- If a workplace poster said “partner rates” or “EPP”, that is this program — bring proof of employment into a store
- If you already have an EPP line, My TELUS and *611 are the logins, not Partner SSO
Who Qualifies
Eligibility follows the organization, not the job title. If your employer holds an agreement with TELUS, everyone there is covered regardless of role or tenure. The categories that hold agreements are broader than most people assume.
- Companies and corporations of almost any size, not only large employers
- Banks, credit unions and financial institutions
- Federal, provincial and municipal government
- Healthcare organizations and educational institutions
- Unions, professional associations and member organizations
- Realtors and real estate boards
How to Find Out Whether Your Employer Is a Partner
There is no public directory of partner organizations — TELUS does not publish one, and neither do we. Type your employer below and we will tell you what we can from our own records; either way, the confirmed answer comes from checking against TELUS directly, which takes about two minutes in store.
- A work email address — the fastest proof, and usually enough on its own
- A recent pay stub
- An employee badge or ID card
- Union or association membership documentation

Mobility Savings
The mobility side is what most people come in asking about — partner rates on rate plans and device offers not available to general consumers.
- EPP rate plans, priced below general-consumer plans
- Device offers and promotions limited to eligible organizations
- Up to nine additional lines at the same partner rate
Home Services Savings
EPP is not only a mobility program, which is the part most people miss. The agreement typically covers home services as well, so a household can end up with partner rates on several bills rather than one. Exactly what is included varies by the agreement your organization holds and by what is available at your address.
- Home internet, including PureFibre where it reaches your address
- Optik TV and Pik TV
- Home Phone
- SmartHome Security and Online Security
Adding Family to Your Account
An eligible member can extend partner rates to people who do not themselves qualify — up to nine additional lines on the same account. For a household with several phones this is usually where the arrangement earns its keep, and it is worth setting up correctly from the start, because moving existing lines onto an EPP account afterwards is more involved than opening them there.
Two Things Worth Knowing Before You Switch
Moving an existing TELUS account onto EPP is treated as a migration rather than a plan change, and it carries a one-time administrative fee. And because eligibility follows your employer, changing jobs can move you back to standard rates — worth planning around if you are about to move. We would rather tell you that before you switch than after.
Are EPP Plans Cheaper — And Worth Switching?
Partner rates sit below the consumer rate card for the same organization. Whether that is worth moving for depends on the bill you already have, how many lines you can put on the account, and whether the agreement also covers home services at your address. Plenty of people check, compare, and stay put — verification does not commit you to anything. The people who usually switch are households stacking several phones, or someone already on TELUS who never had the employer rate applied.
- Cheaper is the usual result against the consumer card — not a guarantee against every promo you might already be on
- The household case is where it tends to earn its keep: up to nine extra lines at the same partner rate
- Home internet, TV and security only help if the agreement covers them and the service reaches your address
- We will put your current bill next to the EPP offer in store. A number on this page would be someone else’s agreement
How to Set It Up at a Bolt Wireless Store
Any open Bolt Wireless location can verify and activate EPP. Walk-ins are the normal path — you do not need a TELUS corporate appointment. Bring something that ties you to the organization; a work email is usually enough, and a pay stub, badge or membership card covers the cases where mail is filtered. We run the check against TELUS, show you the offer that belongs to that agreement, and set the lines up the same visit when you want to proceed.
- Work email, recent pay stub, employee badge, or union/association membership
- A recent bill if you are porting numbers or migrating an existing TELUS account
- ID for whoever signs the account
- Stores in British Columbia, Alberta and Ontario — hours and directions are on the [store locator](/telus-koodo-store-near-me/)
EPP Login, *611, and Coming In
“TELUS EPP login” is usually My TELUS, not a separate dealer portal. If you already have a line on an EPP account, the offers tab in My TELUS is where partner deals show up, and *611 from that line reaches an EPP agent. If you do not have a line yet, there is nothing to log into — eligibility is checked first, which is the part we do in store. Organizations that block external email are the usual reason a verification link never arrives; the in-store check and the *611 route both bypass that.

Frequently Asked Questions
What does TELUS EPP mean?
TELUS EPP is the Exclusive Partner Program — partner rates tied to your employer, union or association, not a public consumer plan.
How do I know if I qualify for EPP?
Eligibility depends on your employer, professional association or organization, and it is confirmed through the TELUS e-Verification System — usually with nothing more than your work email address. Type your employer above or bring proof of employment into any Bolt Wireless store and we will run the check with you.
My employer blocks external email and the verification never arrived. Am I not eligible?
Almost certainly not the reason. Plenty of organizations filter external mail, so the confirmation link never reaches you. Two routes get you the same offers without it: sign in to your My TELUS account and open the offers tab, or call *611 from a line on the EPP account to speak to an EPP agent. We can walk you through either in store.
Can I get EPP pricing at Bolt Wireless, or only at a TELUS store?
The program runs through TELUS corporate stores and select dealers, and we are one of them. Any Bolt Wireless location across British Columbia, Alberta and Ontario can verify your eligibility and set the plan up.
Does checking my eligibility commit me to anything?
No. Verification only opens the pricing so you can see it against what you pay now. Plenty of people check, compare, and decide their current plan is fine — we would rather you knew either way.
Can EPP pricing apply to more than just my own phone?
Yes. An eligible member can add up to nine additional lines at partner rates on the same account, and the discount can extend to home internet, TV, home phone and security where the agreement covers them.
Are TELUS EPP plans cheaper?
They are priced below the consumer rate card for the same organization. Whether they beat the plan you already have is a bill-to-bill comparison — we will do that in store rather than publish a figure that belongs to someone else’s agreement.
Is TELUS EPP worth it?
It is worth checking. Verification is free and does not commit you. It tends to matter most when several phones can sit on one account, or when the agreement also covers home internet and TV at your address. If your current promo already undercuts the partner rate, staying put is a reasonable outcome.
What are the current TELUS EPP deals?
They change, and they are specific to the organization. TELUS does not publish one EPP flyer for every employer, and neither do we. Come in with proof of employment and we will pull the offer that actually applies to you.
Is there a TELUS EPP companies list?
No public directory. TELUS does not publish one, and a scraped list online is usually incomplete or stale. Type your employer in the form on this page or bring proof of employment into a Bolt Wireless store — the confirmed answer is the TELUS check, not a PDF.
How do I log in to TELUS EPP?
If you already have a line on an EPP account, use My TELUS and the offers tab, or dial *611 from that line. If you do not have a line yet, there is no login — eligibility has to be verified first, which any Bolt Wireless store can do.
Is TELUS Partner the same as TELUS EPP?
Sometimes that is what people mean, and sometimes it is not. Exclusive Partner Program (EPP) is employer pricing on mobility and home services. TELUS Partner Solutions is wholesale. TELUS Partner SSO is a staff login. If a workplace poster or union email mentioned partner rates, you want EPP — we can check that in store. We cannot log you into Partner SSO or Partner Solutions.
What is TELUS Partner SSO?
Partner SSO is TELUS’s staff sign-in (T ID or X ID). It is not an EPP customer login and Bolt Wireless cannot reset it or sign you in. If you meant partner rates on a phone plan, that is EPP: bring proof of employment into any open Bolt Wireless store and we will run the eligibility check.
