For over 7 years, Bolt Wireless has been the neighbourhood destination for TELUS and Koodo services in British Columbia, Alberta, and Ontario. We started with one store and a simple belief: that wireless service should feel personal, honest, and local. That belief still drives every interaction in our 10 stores today.

Our Story
From a Single Store to a National Network
Bolt Wireless was born in 2019 in the Vancouver area, at a time when getting a new phone plan often meant long waits, confusing fine print, and impersonal service. Our founder saw an opportunity to do things differently — to build a wireless retail experience rooted in transparency, expertise, and genuine care for the customer.
That first store proved the model worked. Customers kept coming back — and bringing their families. Word of mouth fuelled steady growth across the Lower Mainland and into the Fraser Valley. By 2016, we had crossed into Alberta, opening locations in Calgary to meet demand from customers who had moved east but still wanted the Bolt Wireless experience. Ontario followed in 2019, with stores in the Greater Toronto Area.
Today, Bolt Wireless operates 10+ stores across British Columbia, Alberta, and Ontario. We are still privately held, still community-focused, and still guided by the same principle that started it all: treat every customer the way we would want to be treated.
