At Sixth Street and Sixth Avenue
We are in the Royal City Centre area at Sixth Street and Sixth Avenue, in Uptown New Westminster. Winners is next door, Westminster Centre and Royal City Centre are both within a two-minute walk, and the Walmart Supercentre is a little further down Sixth Street.
Transit Is at the Door
The Sixth Street and Sixth Avenue stops are within thirty seconds of the entrance in every direction, and the Sixth Street buses connect straight down to New Westminster and Columbia SkyTrain stations. This is one of the easiest stores in our network to reach without a car.
Mall Parking and a Quick Visit

A 29-storey rental tower was approved for 616-640 Sixth Street, immediately beside Royal City Centre. In a newer tower like that, whether Optik TV needs a self-install or a technician depends on how the individual suite was wired, and that is not something we can tell from the building alone. If you are switching from Shaw or Rogers, bring your account number and suite number and we can check what your unit is set up for before you book anything.
SmartHome Security in a Purpose-Built Rental Tower
