Arrogant and extremely rude customer services especially the main branch dt the man that I asked fir help with after having my phone stolen was arrogant and so rudeI've been a long term good customer with Telus and paid all bills ect on time and vested allt of money into Telus but this so called customer service rep makes ne want to change from Telus and should not be in customer services as he has no clue what to do or about Telus cibtracts or loss insurance evt . Adi was helpful and very patient with all my questions. I was looking to improve the price of my mobility plan and he suggested some good options.
