Worst service i have received ever . After a year my bill start increasing and they don’t even picking our phone calls . We have agreement on specific amount but they stepping back now. so go to direct Telus rather than wasting your money and time here

So lucky to have stepped into the Telus/Koodo shop on 120 Street to an amazing, excellent service from a lady named Sonia. I got a free phone (Boxing Day Deal), not just the phone deal, she greeted me and my daughter with a great smile, was very kind, took her time to answer all my queries, and finally helped me to decide on what phone and deal was best for me, since I am not buoyant for extra payment. I’ve been with Telus for several years now, and they’ve consistently exceeded my expectations. Their phone plans are flexible and offer excellent value, with great coverage across the board. I rarely experience dropped calls or poor signal, even in more remote areas.The customer service team is always friendly, professional, and quick to resolve any issues I’ve had. Recently, I upgraded my phone, and the process was seamless—no hidden fees or surprises. Special thanks to Amir at 80th and Scott branch.

This place only has fake reviews. The workers here are straight up scammers. They don't honor prices, they will charge whatever they want since they're an independent store. If they agree to give you credit on your Koodo account, THEY'RE LYING. We contacted Koodo directly and they said nobody had put that credit on our file nor contacted them. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. Stay away.

The sim card on the Koodoo website was $5 on sale. I came here and this store wanted to charge $20. Even at Best Buy it was only $10.It was then that he told me this is independent store, and can charge whatever they want.After I showed him the Koodoo website price, the worker said he will put a note on my file for a $15 credit but I had to wait for a call from Koodo to do that. I confirmed with him indeed that he put a note on my file and that I will actually get a credit. He said yes. So I agreed to buy the $20 sim.I was on the phone with Koodo for a total of 50 minutes and it had to be escalated because the worker here LIED and did not actually write a note about the $15 credit, only that I had purchased a sim card.I was misled, then lied to. I had to press the issue before Koodo hard and wasted my time. This is extremely unacceptable.
