After waiting couple months due no communication or updates, they left me a voicemail it arrived while I was gone for vacation.The guy talks about my reviews and I should delete my reviews etc. I simply explained all you had to do was say , well we will work on our communication better next time or our bad, we will work on it betterThe punjabi guy, maybe franchise son or management, gives me attitudeDidnt argue, gives me 2 Public mobile sim card which shows $10 each on website.The gentleman first asks me to delete reviews. Very shady for my opinion then sells me sim card for $20 each. I explained it's $10 website. He says" our store is $20 each " well pretty badm should have told me in advance and not waste fuel of car to pickup. Obviously I'm not going to argue over the price after wasting fuel. Then he says, " if you don't want it you can return it as long as it's not open. Lol adding fire to already bad communication. The first review was nothing compared to this added. It made your review 10x worse

Initially was very helpful. Once home, it was discovered my 82 year mom’s text messaging was not working. She went back a total of 4 times, twice with my husband, twice with my brother over 3 weeks only to return home each time with the problem unsolved. At that time she was told no return after 2 weeks, even though she started the process the next day after phones were bought. We called Apple, then Telus who managed to solve the problem in less than a minute. Ridiculous that she was sent home with a phone not fully operational for 3 weeks. Sadly, we purchased 4 phones and 4 plans with now no recourse.In the future will ONLY deal with a corporate store. Plus, he is phoning me and my husband to complain about the review. Terrible experience.

Possibly the worst disclosure and service known in the modern era. Check the return policy with an incredible 30% restocking fee, added to a non disclosed loan provided to Telus with non interest repayment terms of 12-24 months. Unable to fix an 84 yr old's clients connectivity issue in 4 visits. Go elsewhere. Add in multiple harassing phone calls from the manager afer the fact - he didn't "like" the review. Truly millennial lack of service form an entitled employee. Frightening.
