Went into the store to inquire about phones. I have an account with telus but contract is expired. All I wanted was information on new phones then I was going to ask him about plans. He said he couldn't help me with anything if he couldn't have access to my account. I asked if that would effect pricing, he said it would not. I asked him to give me info about the phones, he said he could not unless he had access to my account. Needless to say, I left the store and will never return

Updated review after being 2 days with Telus and experiencing some issues.

We started experiencing issues on the mobility side of things that couldn't have been predicted. Customer serivce online and over the phone could not resolve it for us. Long story short, we would have switched back to our old service provider but I sent a courtsey text to Vishal and he basically went above and beyond his role to fix the issues we were having. We had to make another trip to the store but he was at the COP location this time. We went there and he had already talked to a couple of different technical departments on our behalf to come up with a solution. After getting there he still needed to authenticate us with those same departments and then he suggested a resolution to them which they then implemented and retained us as customer without having to reach a loyalty line.

If it weren't for his technical knowledge of the system as a whole and his willingness to go above and beyond to help us out (while helping other customers ) Telus would have lost us a customer for sure. I hope his superiors see this and recognise the time and effort he puts into making them a successful business. Thanks a ton for helping me, my wife and our small business!!!

This store has terrible product selection and the staff are useless. Go in to purchase a simple pre-paid card for my Telus pre paid phone and was told they cant help me even though its a Telus store and I have purchased several from them at this location over the past year.
