Absolutely pathetic. Mr. Aman has an inflated ego and a terrible attitude. While he was initially polite, he later refused to assist me, claiming I wasn’t important enough to be worth his time. Don’t be deceived by his friendly facade!

I've been with Koodo for a very long time...10 years. I really have nothing negative to say about them. Their service in general has been superb.

Aman, who is the owner of this particular franchised Koodo, brought things to an entirely different level!
Aman's customer service, expertise, attentiveness, and speed to which he got my phone organized/files transferred, was second to none!
He didn't know me at all but stayed far past closing time to ensure I was set-up. In addition to that, he made himself available to me via text when I had some questions later that same night.
I canNOT say enough about his professionalism and authenticity! If you want someone who will guide you in terms of a phone purchase, including the pros and cons etc., Aman is THE best! It's definitely worth the trip to Meadowvale!

I walked into the store, extremely anxious as I had lost my phone the night before. Immediately I was made to feel welcomed and Aman Listened to my specific need with extreme compassion. Not once did it feel like he was trying to make a sale and he took his time to understand exactly what I was looking for as losing one’s phone can be extremely stressful. I Was on a road trip vacation To Toronto from Halifax with my wife and two sons. We did a day trip drive to Niagara Falls and went on the boat that takes you near the falls. it was great until my son‘s phone got Water damage and wouldn’t turn on anymore. We found this Telus store On the Internet and drove to it. We Happened to meet with the owner first thing in the morning his name is Aman And I tell you that we felt so welcomed as if we were meeting with a member of our own family. He was so compassionate to our situation and he made the purchase of a new iPhone 15 Pro Max Go so extremely smooth. He gave us the best price possible. He even put a new case on my son‘s phone for him. I can’t even stress how amazing this man was to us it was an absolute pleasure meeting him and getting the new phone from him. I wish he was in our home city of Halifax, Nova Scotia, but he isn’t. Although he gave us his personal phone number. In the event of any questions or concerns and hold us that we could call him anytime. Who does that? Nobody. He also provided invaluable advice going forward in terms of my options and I will be going back to Aman for my next phone, and I have told my family and friends to go to him.
But here is the best part of why you should go to Aman. After getting home from the Telus store, he gave me a call and told me there was an issue with my SIM and it had to be replaced. I was happy to go myself and get it replaced. Aman actually drove to my house to ensure I had continuous cellular service and to minimize any inconvenience to me.
I won't find a person this genuinely commited to helping customers. He genuinely cares about you need and want.
Bottom line, if you want to deal with a thoroughly informed customer-focussed person, Aman is your guy.
