Outstanding Service from Aman at Telus/Koodo!I visited this Telus/Koodo store (Glen Erin & Britannia) and had the pleasure of being assisted by a young man named Aman. From the moment I walked in, he made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer. Aman took the time to listen to my needs and answered all my questions with patience and professionalism.He walked me through my options and made sure I understood everything, explaining how to convert my physical sim to an e-sim. I never felt rushed and appreciated how knowledgeable he was about the services her was providing. It’s rare to experience such excellent customer service these days!Thanks to Aman, I left the store feeling confident in my choices, and I’m extremely happy with the solutions you offered and I must say you exceeded my exceptions. I highly recommend visiting this store and asking for Aman if you're looking for personalized top notch service. (I try to meet exceptional people as often as I can...Aman fit the bill today)Guarantied, better service that you'd get at any Telus store in any mall. Decided to go into this location today as they had stock on the phone I was looking for. The service from the owner was above and beyond anyone’s expectations. He took the time to go over things and also helped with other items which saved me time. Absolutely pathetic. Mr. Aman has an inflated ego and a terrible attitude. While he was initially polite, he later refused to assist me, claiming I wasn’t important enough to be worth his time. Don’t be deceived by his friendly facade!

I've been with Koodo for a very long time...10 years. I really have nothing negative to say about them. Their service in general has been superb.That said, to make a long story short,Aman, who is the owner of this particular franchised Koodo, brought things to an entirely different level!Aman's customer service, expertise, attentiveness, and speed to which he got my phone organized/files transferred, was second to none!He didn't know me at all but stayed far past closing time to ensure I was set-up. In addition to that, he made himself available to me via text when I had some questions later that same night.I canNOT say enough about his professionalism and authenticity! If you want someone who will guide you in terms of a phone purchase, including the pros and cons etc., Aman is THE best! It's definitely worth the trip to Meadowvale!Highly recommend!

I walked into the store, extremely anxious as I had lost my phone the night before. Immediately I was made to feel welcomed and Aman Listened to my specific need with extreme compassion. Not once did it feel like he was trying to make a sale and he took his time to understand exactly what I was looking for as losing one’s phone can be extremely stressful. He provided me with a solution that fit my needs, as well as my budget and insured that I walked out of the store with a huge burden lifted. Extremely great customer service, especially in this time and age where bigger companies treat humans like a number and sales matter more than actual needs.

I Was on a road trip vacation To Toronto from Halifax with my wife and two sons. We did a day trip drive to Niagara Falls and went on the boat that takes you near the falls. it was great until my son‘s phone got Water damage and wouldn’t turn on anymore. We found this Telus store On the Internet and drove to it. We Happened to meet with the owner first thing in the morning his name is Aman And I tell you that we felt so welcomed as if we were meeting with a member of our own family. He was so compassionate to our situation and he made the purchase of a new iPhone 15 Pro Max Go so extremely smooth. He gave us the best price possible. He even put a new case on my son‘s phone for him. I can’t even stress how amazing this man was to us it was an absolute pleasure meeting him and getting the new phone from him. I wish he was in our home city of Halifax, Nova Scotia, but he isn’t. Although he gave us his personal phone number. In the event of any questions or concerns and hold us that we could call him anytime. Who does that? Nobody. I’ve been with Telus for 15 years or more, and have never dealt with such an Amazing representative ever. Thank you Aman For your amazing service on August 3 2024 at 10 AM in the morning. Aman provided me with exceptional service.I went into the Telus Store, he asked what I wanted in terms of plan. He did not upsell any plans or phones to and got me what I need at a much lower price.He also provided invaluable advice going forward in terms of my options and I will be going back to Aman for my next phone, and I have told my family and friends to go to him.But here is the best part of why you should go to Aman. After getting home from the Telus store, he gave me a call and told me there was an issue with my SIM and it had to be replaced. I was happy to go myself and get it replaced. Aman actually drove to my house to ensure I had continuous cellular service and to minimize any inconvenience to me.I won't find a person this genuinely commited to helping customers. He genuinely cares about you need and want.Bottom line, if you want to deal with a thoroughly informed customer-focussed person, Aman is your guy.Most importantly however, he is also a very humble and decent human being.Thank you Aman.
